When you call a business that uses Vertically or receive an SMS from our platform you are interacting with our automated Services on behalf of that business.
By providing your phone number during a call handled by Vertically or by contacting a business that uses our Services you consent to receive SMS messages from Vertically on behalf of that business.
Specifically regarding SMS messages:
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Vertically at any time.
To opt back in after opting out you may reply START to any previous message or contact us directly at thinkvertically.io@gmail.com.

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
The AI voice and SMS services are automated and may not always perfectly capture or transcribe information. We recommend confirming important details directly with the business you are contacting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law Vertically shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at thinkvertically.io/privacy to understand our data practices.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Colorado.
