4. SMS Messaging

Vertically sends SMS messages on behalf of local businesses that use our platform. When you receive an SMS from a business powered by Vertically:

• Messages are sent to confirm your inquiry and provide a callback booking link
• Message frequency is typically 1–3 messages per inquiry
• Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier
• You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP

• With the business you contacted — the local business whose number you called receives your inquiry details so they can follow up with you

• As required by law — we may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process
